Are any ski resorts near Salou, Spain likely to be open early November?

I got a cheap deal to costa dorada in november (mainly for the theme park). Looking for other things to do now (other than wandering around touristy places). So a few questions…
are any ski resorts likely to be open and easy to get to from Salou?
If not are there any other outdoorsey activities in the area (and perhaps an indoors ski place)?

    Near? Well 280 km or so to the north.
    It is unlikely that there will be any snow in early November. The minimum temperature just now will only be about -2 degrees. There is no snow anywhere in Spain today, it’s still not cold enough.
