any additional advice on transporting snowboards on a plane or which resorts to go to in the area?

I am traveling to colorado springs/pikes peak area to stay with someone at the end of december; I want to snowboard while I’m there and was wondering if you know of any resorts/locations that are within 70-100 miles of that area? I am flying into denver and would like to find a place not to far from either of the 2 locations. Thanks for any help!

Plan to go skiing over spring break mid-March 2007… Tell me where would be a good place to stay and why in Breckenridge, CO…

I’m trying to go to skiing in Denver this March because of the new cheap flights there, but all of the buses I can find to the resorts cost more than the flights! I’m willing to go basically anywhere in the area, Aspen, Breckenridge, Vail, etc, whichever one has the cheapest buses, anyone know any cheap ones? Any help would be much appreciated

Would be driving own vehicle to site, just need information on accommodations and prices for skiing. Also, best time to book.

So i want to work for a ski resort. I just recently moved to the area and signed am about to sign a lease, but I was wondering how easy it was to get a job working at something like keystone mountain? Also I’m curious as how they do their lodging? could I live at home for a week then live in keystone for a week while I worked? Also what kind of benefits does a ski resort have to offer?

I’ll be in Denver that weekend but i’m afraid I missed my chance to ski.
