Ok… I’m sorting out skiing hol for xmas and need to find a resort that will entertain ten 20-25yr olds! )

Requirements as follows:
Good Snow
Good mix of green/blue/ed and black runs (some beginners in the group!)
Lots of runs/ ability to mountain hop
Good bars/clubs
Appartments next to slopes
Not pretentious (i.e. Val D’Isere)
