I am currently in the process of setting up a holiday business. To explain it very briefly, it is basically a service that arranges budget ski holidays for groups of college/university students and provides an experienced guide, ski-tutor and point-of-contact from start to finish.
The question I want to ask is what do I need to do from a legal point of view, do I need to have special insurance, do I need to be registered as a member of some sort of organisation, is there anything else I should take into consideration or anything else I must have?
