Try Colorodao Mountain Express. It’s not public but it’ll take you up the mountain.
Which resort? Assuming you mean the high country I-70 corridor. From Boulder take the RTD regional bus “BX” to downtown Denver then try TNM&O Coaches which has a daily bus from Denver to the resort areas between Denver & Grand Junction such as Vail etc. Avoid Greyhound operated schedules due to crowds and unreliable service.
RTD for sure goes up to Eldora which is your closest place to ski from Boulder.
Try the ski train… take the B or BX bus to Union Station in downtown Denver and then take the ski train from Union Station to Winter Park….
Its a really easy and short bus ride from the main Boulder station up to Eldora.
