Holidays are very busy times for ski resorts. If they don't raise prices they become too crowded, which is no fun for anyone skiing. Think of it another way. The real price is what they charge on holidays and they lower their price for people who want to ski on ordinary days. Why does a restaurant charge more for dinner than for lunch? Why is it wrong?
