What are good ski resorts in Colorado?

ski resorts
Brando asked:

I recently moved to Colorado, the Fort Collins area. I really really really love snowboarding and have been researching all different places, and watching videos, but I can’t decide where I should shred(this is my fourth year boarding). A Basin looks sweet but it’s a two hour drive and it’s only open 9-4 and I can get a sweet deal for a $200 pass! $200? That’s like unprecedented. But anyway anyone have any suggestions on where I should go within about 2 and a half hours.

Copper, A-basin, Winter Park are all good choices. If you want close then it is Loveland.

ABasin might get kinda boring if that is the only mountain you get to play on all season long. The three mountain pass is $400 and includes Breck, Keystone and ABasin. You can ad $40 and get 10 days at Vail or Beaver Creek.

You also have Loveland, but same story with only one mountain to ride

Winter Park is one of the closer to you, and I believe there should be an option for a pass to WP and Copper mountain.
