Party Size Batch 1 Gallon Apple Cider 1 Gallon Apple Juice 5 Sticks Cinnamon 750ml Ever Clear Grain Alcohol 4 Cups Sugar Directions: Start with 3 cups sugar, add more if not sweet enough. Put juice, cider, sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a large pot and bring to boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it boils, remove heat, remove cinnamon, let cool to room temperature, add all the everclear. Can be served warm or cold. Recipe can be halved, but use 5 cinnamon sticks. (Really warms you up) Peppermint schnapps 100 proof. (goes great in hot chocolate) Merlot and Pinot Grigo.
