Bad Gastein in Austria is a really good choice, that has lots to offer in the way of spas!It&#039;s really a spa town, with thermal waters hidden in the mountains. The ski area is also one of the largest in Europe, so should suit both of you. Crystal Ski have a guide to the resort here
