Jetski noob - you're beating this one to death. Examine the jetski and/or ask the manufacturer. The paints mentioned previously will work. You can even get by with Rustoleum as an inexpensive enamel available anywhere.

What is the year, make and model of the watercraft? I don't mean to be rude, but Jetski is Kawasaki and is used to describe all watercraft.
Look inside of the hull, if it is smooth with no strands of glass in the finish then it is not fiberglass.
I will check my info tonight to see if I still have the list of materials used to make the different watercraft.

Most jet ski's are made of fiberglass and can be painted with enamel paint.
