Booking a ski holiday. please help?

I want to book a ski holiday in preferably france, or switzerland. I want to fly from stanstead or luton, with 11 people going and departing on the 13th or feb 2010. I also want to stay in a chalet. what is the best website to book packages like these on?

My family and I were planning to go skiing in Breckenridge, but the price to leave early was outrageous. I love skiing so much. I have been skiing since i was very young and I would really like to go skiing this holiday season. If you know of a mountain or resort that isn’t very well-known and/or expensive, i would greatly appreciate it.
